The Vision NS SMR-II Stem is engineered around a versatile stem and headset combination that enables both fully integrated and semi-integrated cable routing. Built on Vision's deep expertise in headset and cockpit components, the SMR-II system provides a plug-in solution for bike brands and riders looking to route cables, wires and hoses cleanly from the cockpit into the frame.

Compatible with electronic and mechanical shifting, plus hydraulic and mechanical braking, the SMR-II is the most versatile and adaptable cable routing stem on the market. The clean, hidden cable routing delivers a modern aesthetic and aerodynamic advantage, while also minimising frame wear by eliminating external cable contact.

Full Internal or Semi-Integrated Routing

The SMR-II stem supports both full internal wiring from handlebar through the stem and headset into the frame, or a semi-integrated path with cables routed underneath the stem and secured by the SMR-II cover. The length-adjustable cover allows for routing without stem removal and provides a base for a wide variety of handlebar choices.
