REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Change of mind:
You can return items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase

Exclusions: Custom-built bikes, special orders, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is at your cost.

Faulty or damaged goods:
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or does not perform as expected.
